Design Services

Did you just move into a new place and want a designer’s eye to take a look? We got you covered. Feeling like a room needs a little makeover? Maybe a new paint color? Want to fit existing furniture into a new space? We got you there too. Whatever your design needs are, we are glad to help. Everyone deserves a home they love.

Furniture Procurement

You have a piece in mind that you want, but can’t seem to find it online or in person. Share your idea (and ideal budget) with us, and we’ll find it for you. We can even help with delivery and install it in your home! Annie has gone to the far corners of the internet to find the right pieces. We have clients who can confirm.

Contractor Vetting

You know what you need, but don’t know who you can trust to do it. We have great relationships with local contractors — from carpenters to electricians to plumbers — we got your needs covered. And if we don’t know someone already, we can vet, talk the talk and do all the contacting, scheduling and negotiations for you.

Pricing

$65 for initial 1 hour design consultation with Annie.

Clients should come with some idea of what they can spend on furnishing/improving their space. During the design consultation Marnie Designs can help to illustrate what a proposed budget would accomplish in a given space and/or estimate the cost of executing the design we come up with.

Design and research time is billed by the hour up to an agreed upon “Not to exceed” number.
